PROPOSING FIRMS ARE REQUIRED TO RESPOND COMPLETELY TOINFORMATION REQUESTED IN THE FOLLOWING SIX (6) PARTS. PROPOSALS SHALL BESUBMITTED IN THE ORDER AS SHOWN BELOW:

PART 1.

All proposing firms must meet minimum qualifications. Please respond to the statements below.

A. Have current ongoing successful professional fundraising counsel service contracts comparable in scope and complexity to the scope of work described herein.

B. Capable, from a financial, staff and service basis, of completing this project in a timely, professional manner.

PART 2. FIRM DATA

A. Name, address and phone/FAX/email number of firm.

B. Name, title, address and phone number of individual representing firm to whom future correspondence should be sent.

C. Number of years firm has been in fundraising counsel services business.

D. Resume of personnel that would be assigned to the Foundation if awarded a contract as a result of this RFP process.

E. Present evidence (including references) that the firm has been engaged for at least the past three (3) years in providing services as listed in this RFP. Furthermore, all firms responding to the RFP must have experience of offering a similar service. References must be included stating the name, position and telephone/FAX/ email number of a contact person.

F. The proposing firm shall provide a list of sub-consultants, if any. Include references for the sub-consultants in your firm’s proposal.

G. Name contract administrator, by stating the name, title and phone number of the person who is assigned the responsibility of answering questions and resolving problems for proposer.

PART 3. PLAN OF ACTION

A. Address and build upon the scope of work described herein, demonstrating knowledge of fundraising at this type of institution and scope of work.

B. Describe how firm communicates between all the parties involved in the consultation process and management for achieving the best results.

C. Describe the professional approach that will be employed in creating an optimal plan and smooth execution of a comprehensive campaign for the Foundation to consider.

PART 4. TIMELINE

Provide a proposed timeline to complete a campaign of this nature for this type of institution.

PART 5. FINANCIAL TERMS

Detailed pricing shall include all fees and costs for personnel, travel, expenses, fees, sub-contracts, sub-consultants, overhead, and any and all taxes.

PART 6. CERTIFICATION

The certification page on page 7 of this RFP must be included in this part of the proposal.
